    Mukutban, Maharashtra

    In our initiative to strengthen the dream of building homes in India, we have expanded to launch our new integrated cement plant in Mukutban, Maharashtra. Located across 207 hectares of land with cement production capacity of 3.90 million tonnes per annum (MTPA), the plant has a superior quality limestone mine spread across 572.71 hectares, limestone crusher, 1.9 km conveyor belt, stacking and reclaiming additives. The plant undergoes stacking and reclaiming of coal and limestone in modern setups of coal mill, pre-heater, kiln, clinker deep pan conveyor, packing plant, Clinker Silo, and cement mill with the capacity to produce 270 tonnes per hour. Infused with modern technology, the central control room, XRF lab, and quality control room ensures seamless operations in the plant.

    Satna, Madhya Pradesh

    At Satna Cement Works Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) and Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) (43 grade) are manufactured. The plant has a production capacity of 2.20 million tonnes per annum. The plant is IS/ISO 14001 certified and has also been recognised globally for “Implementation of Environmental Management System”. Satna Cement Works had received the prestigious Greentech Environment Excellence Award in 2008 and Greentech Safety Silver Award in 2009 by Greentech Foundation. It has also received Quality Circle Excellence Award from Quality Circle Forum of India and National Award for Excellence in Water Management from CII, Hyderabad.

    Chanderia, Rajasthan

    MP Birla Cement has two production units at Chanderia in Rajasthan. These are Chanderia Cement Works and Birla Cement Works. Both the units have a combined production capacity of 4 million tonnes per annum. These units manufacture Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC), Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) of 43 and 53 grades, and SRC. The plant is IS/ISO 14001 certified and is the winner of the “Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial National” award for “Excellent Pollution Control Implementation” for 2001-02 by International Greenland Society. The laboratory of this unit is accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) as per ISO/IEC 17025.

    Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh

    The production units of MP Birla Cement in Raebareli are Raebareli Cement Works and Raebareli Hitech Cement Works. Both the plants have a combined manufacturing capacity of 1.30 million tonnes per annum.

    Durgapur, West Bengal

    The two cement manufacturing units in Durgapur are Durgapur Cement Works and Durgapur Hitech Cement. Both the plants have a manufacturing capacity of 2.30 million tonnes per annum. Portland Slag Cement (PSC) is manufactured in this plant.

    Maihar, Madhya Pradesh

    Initially a part of Reliance Cement Company Pvt. Ltd., the Mihar plant in Madhya Pradesh was acquired by MP Cement in 2016. It is one of the largest plants when it comes to manufacturing clinker and its fully automated robotic lab ensures top quality products. Whether Portland Pozzolana cement (PPC) or Ordinary Portland cement (OPC), this unit has a clinker capacity of 3.3 million tonnes per annum. Furthermore, it has received certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 acclaimed by the Bureau Veritas Certification.

    Butibori, Maharashtra

    Initially a part of Reliance Cement Company Pvt. Ltd., the Butiburi plant was acquired by MP Cement in 2016. Its total installed cement production is 0.6 MTPA. Being a grinding unit, its main product is Portland Pozzolana cement (PPC). It employs the latest technology and machinery, making it one of the most modern plants in the country. The Butibori unit has also bagged a variety of awards on state, national and international levels while successfully receiving certifications like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007.

    Kundanganj, Uttar Pradesh

    Initially a part of Reliance Cement Company Pvt. Ltd., the Kundanganj plant was acquired by MP Cement in 2016. This standalone grinding unit has a production capacity of 2.0 MTPA and possesses certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007. Even as it manufactures Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) and Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), this unit does more than producing cement. Its CSR policy is dedicated to improving the overall health and development of 5 villages nearby while working with local administrative bodies.
