Mr. Pathak has around 38 years of overall experience, including 36 years in the cement industry. He held very senior positions in ACC, Dangote Cement Plc, Adani and Reliance ADAG groups. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the IIT (BHU) and PG degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Skilled in manufacturing, operations management, strategic planning, project development and execution, he has a strong track record of planning & executing long-term business plans.
Former Managing Director of CEAT Tyres Ltd., Mr. Majumdar is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification. He has also worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited for about 12 years.
Mr. Chattopadhyay is a mechanical engineer, with post-graduation from IIT, Kanpur. He started his career in 1975 with ACC Ltd and joined the Lafarge Group in 1998. He was Operations Director of Lafarge Surma, Bangladesh, till May 2015.
Mr. Saraogi is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining BCL, he was with the Indian associate firms of Ernst & Young and BDO. He served several large clients including ITC, Bharti Airtel, Lafarge India, Peerless, iGate and Reliance Communications.
Mr. Kakkar has more than three decades of experience in the cement industry. He is BE, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and is a BEE-certified energy auditor. His range of experience includes project planning and execution of thermal power plant, waste heat recovery power plant and solar power plant projects.
With a professional background in sales and marketing in diverse fields, including tyre and cement, Mr. Banerjee, is an experienced leader. A keen strategist with managerial & functional expertise, honed in multinational organizations across India, Nepal and Bangladesh, he carved out a niche for himself in sales & marketing. Prior to joining Birla Corporation Limited, he was with Ultratech Cement.
With a track record of more than 35 years in the cement industry (operation & maintenance), with project engineering & execution of three brownfield & one greenfield units, Mr Bhattacharya is a BE (Mechanical) from CAPS University, Rewa, and a certified trainer from the Danish School of Education, Copenhagen. He started his career in 1983 at BCL’s Satna unit. He had also held senior positions in Prism Cement & Reliance Cement.
Shri Uttam Roy is BE (Mechanical) from NIT, Raipur, with PG Diploma in Business Administration & Finance Management. He has 26 years of experience in the cement industry and had worked in India and abroad in Century Textiles and Industries Limited, ACC Limited, Holcim, My Home Industries Limited-CRH Ireland Group & Dangote Industries Limited, Nigeria.
Mr. Sood has more than three decades of experience in the cement industry. He had served Holcim, Lafarge and Reliance Cement in managerial positions. His experience includes project execution and maintenance.
Mr. G R Verma, Chartered Accountant, with more than a decade's experience in the jute industry, has professional experience of more than 19 years in diverse industrial fields. He was with Naihati Jute Mills Co Ltd earlier.
Mr Paliwal, B.Sc & BE, has three decades of experience in the cement industry. He joined Satna Cement Works as Assistant Engineer (Chemical) in 1988 and was transferred to the Durgapur Cement Works as Sr. Vice President (Tech.) in 2016.
Mr Choudhary is B.E. (Mechanical) and has nearly three decades of experience in the cement industry. Apart from mechanical maintenance of cement plants, his range of experience includes project planning and execution of grinding units.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Mehta is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary by qualification, having more than 28 years of post-qualification experience in diversified industries in the fields of Secretarial, Legal, Taxation, Accounts & Finance and general compliance. He has been in senior leadership positions at the MP Birla Group Companies since 2006.
After having taken her Bachelor in Liberal Arts (Economics) and MBA (Human Resource Management) degrees from the University of Massachusetts, USA, she had stints with various organizations, with exposure to the latest trends in talent management.
