Mr. Sandip Ghose is a Business Leader and General Management professional with multi-disciplinary skill sets. He has nearly four decades of experience and held a variety of senior leadership positions in industries, ranging from Consumer Goods (FMCG), Media and Cement, across India and Nepal. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Professional Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Mr Majumdar, former Managing Director of CEAT Tyres Ltd., is a Mechanical Engineer. A Management Advisor by profession, he has served in very senior management positions in diverse fields with large corporates and MNCs. He has worked in the areas of design and project management of chemicals, petrochemical and fertilizer plants. He has worked with Hindustan Unilever Limited for about 12 years. Shri Majumdar attended various international management courses organized by Unilever and Executive Development Programmes and Advanced Management Programmes conducted by Stanford University and Harvard Business School
Mr. Chattopadhyay is a mechanical engineer, with post-graduation from IIT, Kanpur. He started his career in 1975 with ACC Ltd and joined the Lafarge Group in 1998. He was Operations Director of Lafarge Surma, Bangladesh, till May 2015.
Mr. Saraogi is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining BCL, he was with the Indian associate firms of Ernst & Young and BDO. He served several large clients including ITC, Bharti Airtel, Lafarge India, Peerless, iGate and Reliance Communications.
Mr. Prusty, BE (Mining Engineering), has more than three decades of manufacturing experience in the cement industry. Starting as a Management Trainee in ACC he had risen to become the Chief Project Officer (O & M) of the Company. Earlier, he was the Chief Manufacturing Officer of ACC. He is an expert in turnaround strategy in difficult environment.
Mr Pramanik, an MBA and Physics graduate, has close to three decades of experience in sales, marketing & logistics. He was Executive Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Coromandel International Limited. Starting his career with Union Carbide India Limited, he worked with ACC Limited (Holcim Group) for nearly two decades and left the Company as Director, Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Kakkar has more than three decades of experience in the cement industry. He is BE, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and is a BEE-certified energy auditor. His range of experience includes project planning and execution of thermal power plant, waste heat recovery power plant and solar power plant projects.
Mr. Sood has more than three decades of experience in the cement industry. He had served Holcim, Lafarge and Reliance Cement in managerial positions. His experience includes project execution and maintenance.
Mr. Mishra, with more than three decades of experience in the cement industry, had stints with ACC, Mysore Cement, Vasavadatta Cement and Chettinad Cement, in senior positions. He did his Mechanical Engineering at NIT, Jamshedpur.
Mr Paliwal, B.Sc & BE, has three decades of experience in the cement industry. He joined Satna Cement Works as Assistant Engineer (Chemical) in 1988 and was transferred to the Durgapur Cement Works as Sr. Vice President (Tech.) in 2016.
Mr Choudhary is B.E. (Mechanical) and has nearly three decades of experience in the cement industry. Apart from mechanical maintenance of cement plants, his range of experience includes project planning and execution of grinding units.
Mr Dutta has nearly three decades of experience in the cement industry, with stints in Reliance Cement and Holcim (ACC). He is B.E. (Mech) and has completed the T.P.M. (Total Productive Maintenance) Course with J.I.P.M. (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) and Top Management Course at St. Gallen, Switzerland. He was a member of the COO team for the TQM visit to Toyota, Fuzi & Tokyo Metro plants in Japan.
Mr Kandpal, BE Mech. (Hons.), has more than three decades of experience in the cement industry. He has served Siddhe Cement, DLF Cement, Ambuja Cement and Reliance Cement. He is experienced in commissioning and operation of cement plants (both integrated & grinding units).
Mr. Tiwari has nearly three decades of experience in the cement industry and had worked in Maihar Cement, ACC, Dalmia Cement, JP Cement & Shree Cement. He joined Satna Cement Works in 2016 and was transferred to the RCCPL Butibori unit in 2018. Skilled in cement manufacturing, R&D activities, operations & administration, he holds a PG degree from RDVV Jabalpur and PGDEIA diploma.
Mr. G R Verma, Chartered Accountant, with more than a decade's experience in the jute industry, has professional experience of more than 19 years in diverse industrial fields. He was with Naihati Jute Mills Co Ltd earlier.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Mehta is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary by qualification, having more than 28 years of post-qualification experience in diversified industries in the fields of Secretarial, Legal, Taxation, Accounts & Finance and general compliance. He has been in senior leadership positions at the MP Birla Group Companies since 2006.
